PeopleEveryone across the estate — every time on this page is EAT, not the server's UTC
Who signed up, and who paid
Last fourteen days. The tall bars are people arriving; the darker bars underneath are the money that actually came in from real players that day. Bonus and test credit are left out — this is takings, not balances.
Hover a day for both numbers, click it to see exactly who signed up. Signing up is not depositing — the distance between the two bars is the number worth watching, and a tall pale bar with nothing under it is a day that cost you nothing but attention.
Find
Anything that identifies a person or a payment. Phone, name, email, id — or an M-Pesa receipt like UHH0H30753, a reference like FURAHAPE87LRD, or a checkout id. Paste what the player sent you: somebody on the phone reads out their M-Pesa message, not their account number.
Generated players are left out unless you ask — otherwise a thousand of them bury the eleven people you are looking for. Whose fault a failed deposit was is decided by the same classifier the health page uses, so the two can never disagree.
Dead on arrival
Numbers you will not trade with. One list covers every site, and it matches on the last nine digits — 0712345678 and +254 712 345 678 are the same person.
Banning stops a login. It does not take a balance. If a blocked
account has money in it that money is still theirs — refusing somebody service is not the
same as keeping what they already paid.
This is a business list. It is not a self-exclusion register: somebody asking to be
kept away from gambling has asked for something with legal weight and a different process,
and the two lists must not become one.
