HealthOne line per site, worst first — and the same checks run from the terminal

Queue is the only check here that warns before the fire. Rounds stop a few minutes after the crash points run out, so a falling queue is the one number worth watching when nothing is wrong yet. Everything else on this page reports something that has already happened.

The same checks, the same thresholds, from the terminal — php ~/estate-health.php --bad prints only what is wrong and exits non-zero, so a cron can act on it without a second set of rules that could drift from these.
