This money is spendable. Nothing leaves a till when you credit a balance — but the player can bet it, and once withdrawals work they can take it out. A credit made here and forgotten becomes real money out against nothing in, and it puts player float out of step with the money you actually hold. Every credit is capped, needs a reason, records who did it, and can be reversed below.
